first off your locked device using power key and wait few seconds
then press volume down + power key same time
wait when show vivo logo then release power key then after few seconds release volume key
wait some time when show recovery mode
then press volume down and select wipe data then press power key
your phone start formating wait some time
after succesfull formate reboot your phone
after reboot your phone unlocked sucsesfull
after your phone completly on follow starting your device
your phone is unlocked
