1=first download samsung b360e tested pack flash file
2=download spd upgrade tool and extract tool using winrar
3=open spd upgrade folder find upgrade download and open click the top left icon and select pack file
wait some time file succesfull loaded
4=connect your phone install usb driver
after install succesfull driver remove your phone
5=remove your battery and insert again
6=press 0 button and power wait 5 seconds then show your phone download mode
7=insert usb cable install driver after succesfull install driver click start button in upgrade tool
once start flashing wait some time after flash succesfull your phone restart automatically wait your phone full
on remove your usb cable.
